I took this butcher's knife from my junkyard but i don't exactly know the name of this kind of butcher's knife anyways this old and rusty knife found me something new to restore so i decided to restore it. I used patch tool in photoshop for thumbnail to show it more rusty. By the way this butcher knife or cleaver looks like a pirate's sword :D so i found it something interesting to restore. Anyways i did restoration just for fun because the effort and time, i put on this restoration is much worthy and we even can buy such a new cleaver for less amount. IF you to make your own furnace you can see our another project video about how to make metal melting furnace: o. Make a Simple Metal Foundry Using Empty Gas Cylinder. https://youtu.be/wr_RGRsX7QQ o. Make a simple Metal Foundry Using Fire Bricks. https://youtu.be/rnXZCqi8gXs Brass Almost melts at 900°C to 940°C.Using your Homemade Furnace. While melting brass wear safety masks to avoid zinc fumes. Also Remember to wear other SAFETY stuff during casting Metal because safety is first priority. It was totally rusted so i removed the rust with the help of DILUTE sulphuric acid. Dilution was compulsory for reaction with iron. Remember that use the acid with complete safety and having complete information because ACIDS are not playing liquids MUST wear safety or rubber gloves and keep outside all the procedure while you are using the acid because alot of gases fumes releases while the reaction takes place. Chef, butcher, and charcutier Eric Finley demonstrates how to make 3 different types of homemade sausages: Italian Chicken; Merguez Lamb; and Chorizo. The recipes are on http://cookingupastory.com/how-to-make-homemade-sausage All the meat that Finley uses, including for sausage making, and charcuterie items, he carefully sources from farmers he knows and trusts. How an animal is raised, fed, and treated throughout their entire life is an important part of the story, as is how the slaughtered animal is processed by the butcher, both aspects are key determinants in the final taste and quality of the products that Finley makes. We know some products are really dangerous for our health, and other products are good for us as they are healthy. It turns out it’s not so simple and some of the most promoted and popular foods can, in fact, harm you. Never eat these 10 dangerous foods for the sake of your own health and the health of your family. Even if you see the juice labels “not from concentrate” or “100% pure”, don't let this fool you. Juice, after being squeezed from different fruits, is kept in huge vacuum-sealed tanks where it can sit for up to a year before being packaged! And by that time, the juice has lost all its flavor, which is why manufacturers have to add artificial flavoring to make it taste fruity again. In most cases, cereals are loaded with refined carbohydrates and sugar. Even if the label assures you that it's fat-free and whole grain, check the list of ingredients. You'll most likely see that the product is full of sugar. Despite common belief, most yogurts don't contain probiotic bacteria since the process of pasteurization kills all these microorganisms. When consumed, trans-fats in ice-cream can cause high cholesterol, stroke, heart disease, and even cancer. Ice cream is also loaded with sugar, artificial flavors, and synthetic preservatives. And if it’s pink, purple, or red, it’s most likely been colored with cochineal extract or carmine, additives which can cause bad allergic reactions. Popcorn has some genetically modified ingredients as well as taste-boosting chemicals and additives. This leads to health problems such as heart attacks, digestive issues, allergies, skin rashes, breathing problems, and the depressing list goes on. Even more, popcorn is extremely caloric. These oils, when heated, become nothing more than trans-fats. -One egg contains as much cholesterol as a big greasy burger. -Microwave popcorn’s almost always lined with the same toxic substance you can find in Teflon pans. -If candy doesn’t contain sugar, it contains artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose, and saccharine. These substances are chemically processed and may cause some serious side effects. -Artificial sweeteners in diet soda can easily lead to weight gain as they trigger the production of insulin, which makes your body store fat.
