계란말이 어렵게 생각하시는 분들이 많으시더라고요! 그래서 만들어 봤습니다! 계란물 붓고, 80% 익힌 후 젓가락으로 툭툭- 말면 끝! 계란말이 짱 쉽! 짱 쉽! 영상 재밌게 보셨다면 좋아요 클릭, 구독하기  http://bit.ly/1DnVQs7 * 재료 recipe 계란 5개 (6개도 상관없음), 곱게 다진 당근(1/3컵 정도), 대파 1/2대(한 줌), 소금 약간 5 eggs, 1/3cup chopped carrot, 1/2 green onion, a pinch of salt 팬에 오일을 둘러 키친타올로 팬 전체를 닦듯이 코팅해주면 편해요. 계란물을 조금씩 부어 80%정도 익었을때 젓가락이나 주걱으로 말아주세요. 살짝 덜 익은 계란물이 접착제 역할을 해서 계란을 잘랐을때 흐트러지지않고 딱! 모양을 잡게 해줘요. 너무 센불에서 조리하면 계란말이가 탈 수 있고, 한번에 계란물을 모두 넣으면 계란이 익는데 시간이 오래걸려요. 그러니 조금씩 계란물을 나누어 넣고, 중약불로 조리해주세요. 완성한 계란말이는 식힌 후 잘라야 모양이 흐트러지지 않고 단면이 예쁘게 잘려요. * 꿀키의 맛있는 테이블 YOUTUBE  http://bit.ly/1DnVQs7 TWITTER @honeykkicook INSTANGRAM @honey_kki E-MAIL [email protected] BLOG http://honeykki.com 이 영상의 다운로드 및 2차 편집을 금지합니다.
